Training

Training is an invaluable part of any sports club, not only for fitness but for well-being. Here at East Ferry, there is emphasis towards rowing on water during summer months (on- season) and emphasis towards indoor circuit/rowing training during winter (off-season). However, Circuit training is conducted year round.

On water - Rowing

Experience coastal rowing with East Ferry Rowing Club. Row in East Ferry and the surrounding Cork harbor on a coastal rowing boat as part of a 5 membered crew and compete in regional and national championships.

Indoor Circuit Training and Yoga

State of the art training involving TRX, kettlebells, free weights, High Intensity Interval Training and many more.
