National Coastal Rowing Championships 2018

Well that's that, another great finish to another great year ! The National championships were held at the National Rowing Centre in Farran last Sunday (19th Aug) and attracted a massive crowd of avid rowing fans !
East Ferry Rowing Club rowed an absolute stormer with our U12 girls claiming first place and pre-vet mixed securing second place. U14 boys and pre-vet men battled hard for a 3rd place spot ! Many of our boats were in the top five finishers !
A high standard of rowing could be seen by all clubs, and we are looking forward to next year already ! We would like to extend a massive congratulations to Rushbrooke Rowing Club for a wonderful event.
